Rich in detail, the decoration of the Solar Maria has modern features restored to thier original setting, such as lift gates characteristic of old colonial buildings in Brazil. The comfort and refinement of the facilities are united with the beauty of the typical windows filled with regional flowers that give a special touch. Preserved elements such as these redeem the city's history. It was this care in preserving the rich details that gave birth to the design of the Solar Symbol. The mandala represents the hotel's origin, best seen in a ceiling medallion found in a room of the house.
The medallion has become the hallmark of Hotel Solar de Maria, and was laser-cut and painted with gold. Today, in addition to representing the brand of the hotel, it is present in all the chandeliers of the mansion. All details such as doors, doorknobs, windows, ceilings and stairs keep the original design. In the lobby there is a work of art (installation) of artist Fernando Guedes; Nossa Senhora da Conceição blesses all who enter and leave our hotel. In the kitchen you can have the quitudes at breakfast and tea is available to guests throughout the day. There is exclusive parking, where you can leave your car and walk around the city. Solar de Maria has 24-hour service and accommodation for guests with special needs.

- If a group, you must cancel at least 70 days before date of arrival.
- In case of no-show, will be charged a daily fee.
- Up to 60 Days: total refund of the deposit.
- Up to 59 Days: Fine of 10% of the deposit.
- Up to 15: Fine of 15% of the reservation.
- Up to 72 Hours: Fine of 100% of reservation value.
- Less than 72 hours: Fine of 100% of reservation value.
- No refund will be given for the deposit, the balance (if any) will be available as credit for future accommodation for a period of 06 months from the date of issue.
