Hotel Solar do Rosário is located in front of the Nossa Senhora do Rosário Church, one of Ouro Preto's Baroque attractions. From the English balconies that surround the hotel's main façade, you will get an amazing view of the Itacolomi Peak, the São Francisco de Paula and the São José churches.
The 19th century building brings back memories and stories of Ouro Preto's colonial times. All the rooms are comfortable and cosy and have a lot to offer you. The hotel also has a restaurant, a Scotch bar and a recreational area with an outdoor pool, a heated pool, a sauna and a bar.

- Cancellations must be made at least 60 days in advance.
- If a group, you must cancel at least 70 days before date of arrival.
- In case of no-show, will be charged a daily fee.
- Up to 60 Days: total refund of the deposit.
- Up to 59 Days: Fine of 10% of the deposit.
- Up to 15: Fine of 15% of the reservation.
- Up to 72 Hours: Fine of 100% of reservation value.
- Less than 72 hours: Fine of 100% of reservation value.
- No refund will be given for the deposit, the balance (if any) will be available as credit for future accommodation for a period of 06 months from the date of issue.
Late check-out policy:
Check-outs from 12 noon to 6 pm will be charged half of the daily rate.
Children policy:
- Children under 3 years of age can stay free of charge.
- Children from 3 to 12 years of age are charged R$ 110 for an extra bed.
- Children older than 12 years of age are charged the adult rate.
