Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellations must be made at least 15 days in advance.

- If a group, you must cancel at least 30 days before date of arrival.

- In case of no-show, will be charged a daily fee.

- Up to 15: Fine of 15% of the reservation.

- Up to 72 Hours: Fine of 100% of reservation value.

- Less than 72 hours: Fine of 100% of reservation value.

- No refund will be given for the deposit, the balance (if any) will be available as credit for future accommodation for a period of 06 months from the date of issue.

Late check-out policy:

Late check-out is dependent on availability. Please negotiate in advance, extra taxes may be applied.


Children policy:

Children up to seven years of age can stay free of charge.
