- If a group, you must cancel at least 30 days before date of arrival.
- In case of no-show, will be charged a daily fee.
- Up to 15: Fine of 15% of the reservation.
- Up to 72 Hours: Fine of 100% of reservation value.
- Less than 72 hours: Fine of 100% of reservation value.
- No refund will be given for the deposit, the balance (if any) will be available as credit for future accommodation for a period of 06 months from the date of issue.
Late check-out policy:
Depending on the availability, late check-out is possible. You will be charged half of the daily rate until 5.00 pm.
Children policy:
- Children until five years of age can stay free of charge.
- Children from five to 12 years of age will be charged half of the daily rate.
